Kevin Morris
Kevin Morris is a self-taught artist who has been painting professionally for almost 30 years. Initially a house painter who specialized in faux finishes, Morris then concentrated on fine art, exhibiting his work in Greece, England and Bermuda, in solo and group shows. His artwork uses words, images, color, shape and texture, building up the picture’s surface layer by layer until reaching a unified composition. References to music, popular culture, books, current events, all factor into his artwork. Morris’s artwork can be found in the permanent collections of the Bermuda National Gallery and The Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art.
